Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email, website and the details you choose to share. Roofing audits also ask for company, service area, inquiry volume and CRM. Your phone number and permission to receive texts or calls are optional.

How we use it

We use your details to respond, assess your request and arrange the services you ask about. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Optional phone consent is recorded with the wording version and request time. You can withdraw it by contacting us; reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Storage and service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Upstash for enquiry storage and abuse prevention, and Resend to deliver notifications to our business inbox. Enquiry records in our form database expire after 90 days. Related business correspondence may remain in our inbox while needed to respond or manage a customer relationship. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage and technical data

Session storage retains campaign identifiers, where available, and a short-lived request reference. We use no advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting provider processes technical request information. The form uses a hashed network address for a one-hour abuse-prevention limit. Campaign identifiers help us understand the source of an enquiry.

Traffic and performance analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views, visitor counts, referring sites, approximate countries, devices and browsers. We also measure contact-link clicks, form starts and successful enquiry submissions. Vercel Speed Insights measures page loading and responsiveness. These tools do not use advertising cookies or collect the contents of our forms. We remove query strings and page fragments from the page URLs sent to analytics; company personalisation, names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text and request references are not included in custom events. A successful enquiry event means a notification was accepted, not that an appointment was booked. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing us. Do not submit customer records, financial details or other sensitive information through these forms. Links to other services are subject to those providers’ policies.
